How to we make Scratch Resistant Sandwich Gobos
   
  We make it on 0.5mm glass or on 1.0mm glass thickness.
   This is a good solution when you are to change the gobos between luminaires often and want to avoid scratches or mechanical damage on the surface
 
We do carefully add 4 to 10 drops of silicon glue around the processed glass gobo.

Then we are Placing a 0.5mm Clear Glass glass blanks with the same diameter as the gobo and press it on each other as a sandwich.
   

We let the the silicon dry for 10-30 minutes.

And it is now ready for use!
